- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses in Chula Vista
- Maintain accurate delivery records using Amazon's handheld scanning technology
- Manage package loading/unloading with proper sorting and organization
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and traffic regulations at all times
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet delivery deadlines
- Physical stamina for lifting packages up to 50 lbs
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and scanning apps
- Flexible availability including weekend/evening shifts
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of Chula Vista area a plus
