Responsibilities
- Safely transport freight to designated destinations using company vehicles
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Communicate with dispatch team regarding route status and delays
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments as needed
- Build positive relationships with clients at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (Class A or B preferred, not required)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for documentation and inventory
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be 21 years of age or older
