Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction debris, soil, and aggregates
- Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure optimal condition
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Navigate complex job sites and urban routes efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years' dump truck operation experience
- DOT medical certification and current TWIC card
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Sacramento-area infrastructure and routes
- OSHA safety training certification preferred
- Background check and drug screen required
- Must possess reliable transportation to depot
