Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks on dedicated routes across Texas and surrounding states
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD)
- Coordinate with dispatch team to ensure on-time deliveries and optimal route efficiency
- Secure cargo properly and comply with all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and service excellence
- Utilize advanced telematics systems for real-time tracking and performance monitoring
Qualifications
- No prior OTR experience required - we provide comprehensive CDL training
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain Class A CDL within 90 days
- Pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety-first principles
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with dispatch
- Flexibility for overnight travel and weekend home time (every 7-10 days)
