Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to customers on assigned routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and GPS tracking systems
- Provide outstanding customer service during package deliveries and address inquiries
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and Amazon delivery procedures
- Manage time efficiently to meet daily delivery targets and maintain schedule adherence
- Assist with sorting, scanning, and loading packages at the fulfillment center
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations within 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery tracking apps
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening as required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
