Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and business addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and scan packages using Amazon's handheld device
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure safe driving practices
- Manage delivery route optimization to meet daily performance targets
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Communicate delivery exceptions or delays to DSP management promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for using Amazon's delivery app
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
- Passion for customer service and reliability
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with Kansas City area
