Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods on established routes throughout Washington and Oregon
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure all DOT compliance documentation is accurately maintained
- Coordinate with dispatch teams to optimize delivery schedules and maintain on-time performance
- Load/unload shipments with precision using forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve inquiries promptly
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean driving records
- Document delivery status and handle paperwork with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience with tanker or flatbed endorsements preferred
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance standards
- Forklift certification and experience with freight handling
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
