Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across San Jose
- Optimize delivery routes using our advanced GPS navigation system
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles daily for safety and cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with San Jose area
- Reliable smartphone with data plan for real-time communication
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
