Responsibilities
- Complete paid training program to master rideshare platform navigation and passenger safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service with safe, reliable transportation
- Maintain clean vehicle and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Optimize routes using app navigation for efficient pickups/drop-offs
- Track and report trip data accurately through mobile app
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid NC driver's license with minimum 1 year driving experience
- Smartphone with reliable data plan
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends preferred)
- No major moving violations in past 3 years
- Must own or have reliable access to a 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer)
