Responsibilities
- Safely operate modern tractors for dedicated OTR routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip to ensure roadworthiness
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Deliver freight on time while maintaining exceptional service
- Participate in ongoing safety and compliance training
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL required (training provided if needed)
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Clean MVR with no major violations
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to be away from home 5-7 days/week
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic navigation skills and smartphone proficiency
