Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for dedicated regional routes within 500-mile radius of Newark
- Maintain meticulous DOT-compliant logs and documentation
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and safety checks
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient load delivery and pickup
- Uphold strict adherence to HOS regulations and company safety protocols
- Represent Prime Logistics with professionalism in client interactions
- Participate in ongoing safety and equipment training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license or commitment to obtain through our paid training program
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to work flexible schedules including overnight and weekend shifts
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Basic mechanical knowledge for preventative maintenance
- Pass DOT physical and background screening
- Willingness to commit to dedicated route consistency
