Responsibilities
- Operate a 26ft Box Truck safely and efficiently to deliver freight within the Orlando area and surrounding regions.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing freight.
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery receipts, and inspection reports.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Keep the truck clean and well-maintained at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Driver's License.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy boxes (up to 50lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Must have the financial means to cover startup costs or be eligible for our leasing program.
