Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Load, unload, and organize packages efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service during every delivery interaction.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Manage a daily route plan to ensure all deliveries are made accurately and on time.
- Handle package returns and address customer inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) required; Class A with Hazmat endorsement is a plus.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3-5 years.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
