Job Summary
As a Dedicated OTR Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across the country. You will represent our brand on the road, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely deliveries and professional conduct.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles (Class A) in a safe and legal manner at all times.
- Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Secure cargo according to FMCSA and company safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date driver logs (ELD) and delivery paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery times and route changes.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies regarding driving hours and safety.
Qualifications
- CDL Class A license required (or willingness to obtain with paid training).
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience preferred (entry-level with training available).
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug screen and background check.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
