Responsibilities
- Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently using proper equipment.
- Plan and execute delivery routes within the Bakersfield metropolitan area.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and warehouse staff.
- Ensure the truck and cargo area are clean and presentable at all times.
- Complete all required delivery paperwork and daily logs accurately.
- Maintain the safety and mechanical condition of your vehicle.
Qualifications
- No prior driving experience required. (We provide onboarding for new owner-operators).
- Must own a 26ft Box Truck (or similar Class 6/7 vehicle).
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class B) preferred, but not mandatory for entry.
- Current commercial vehicle insurance and registration.
- Reliable smartphone with GPS and data plan.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
