Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A/B) for night shift cargo deliveries
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and pre/post-trip inspection protocols
- Efficiently manage time-sensitive routes across NYC boroughs and tri-state area
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Communicate professionally with dispatch teams and clients
- Handle hazardous materials endorsements where applicable
- Collaborate with warehouse staff for seamless loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with NYC traffic patterns and delivery zones
- Strong attention to safety and compliance procedures
- Basic GPS navigation and electronic logbook skills
