Responsibilities
- Safely Operate Commercial Trucks: Operate heavy-duty Class A trucks on various routes throughout the Denver metro area and beyond.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and traffic laws at all times.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in excellent operating condition.
- Cargo Handling: Safely load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securement and handling of goods.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and complete all necessary paperwork on time.
- Customer Service: Represent Prime Inc. professionally, communicating effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL: Must hold a valid US Commercial Driver's License (Class A) with a clean driving record.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be available to work 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Driving History: Minimum of 12 months of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Background Check: Willingness to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug screen and background check.
