Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver goods within Nashville metro area
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules with 100% on-time performance
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain detailed vehicle logs
- Ensure cargo security and proper loading/unloading procedures
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Night shift availability and preference for overnight work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills using GPS and route planning
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Nashville-area road networks
