Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in nighttime conditions
- Load/unload packages with precision and care
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer records
- Adhere to strict delivery timelines and route optimization
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team leads
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Richmond metro area
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to depot location
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (8 PM - 4 AM)
