What You'll Do
Your primary focus will be customer satisfaction and efficient delivery operations. You will represent our brand with a professional attitude and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to residential and commercial locations.
- Ensure accurate sorting and handling of all deliveries, checking for damage before and after transport.
- Obey all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record throughout your employment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients professionally and handling packages with care.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe working condition.
- Log mileage and delivery information accurately using our mobile app or handheld devices.
- Manage package returns and manage the loading and unloading of cargo efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone technology for navigation and logging.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by business volume.
