Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial addresses during the designated night shift hours.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure all parcels are handled with the utmost care and integrity.
- Obtain digital signatures and confirm delivery details with customers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety standards of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or delivery exceptions immediately to the dispatch team.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company safety protocols, and customer service guidelines.
- Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Current smartphone with data capabilities for navigation and real-time order updates.
- Physical stamina to lift packages up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English proficiency for clear communication with dispatch and customers.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
