Responsibilities
- Execute safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks or dollies efficiently.
- Obtain electronic signatures and proof of delivery for all shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no more than 2 points).
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and logging.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
