Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages, food, and medical supplies to Sacramento residences and businesses
- Strictly adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols during all shifts
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic manifests using our proprietary app
- Provide exceptional customer service during late-night interactions
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Optimize routes using real-time traffic and weather data
- Securely handle high-value or temperature-sensitive deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C driver's license with clean record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong familiarity with Sacramento's street grid and neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app navigation
- Pass background check and drug screening
