Responsibilities
- Safely navigate and deliver packages to residential and commercial clients across Raleigh and the Triangle area.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Handle package handling with care, ensuring 100% accuracy in delivery and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing NightHaul Express.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Manage delivery exceptions and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age (mandatory for night shift operations).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using route navigation and delivery apps.
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
