Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages to residential and commercial locations
- Load/unload shipments efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for on-time deliveries
- Complete delivery logs and documentation for accountability
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
- Maintain professional conduct during all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee streets and surrounding areas
- Experience with delivery logistics or transportation preferred
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to/from depot location
