Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize packages safely and efficiently before and after delivery routes.
- Drive commercial delivery vehicles through Los Angeles traffic during off-peak hours.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain digital signatures upon completion of orders.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure passenger and cargo safety.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams regarding route changes or delays.
- Handle cash handling and digital payment transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone apps for navigation and digital signatures.
- Physical ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Availability to work nights, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and polite demeanor.
