Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to various locations in Phoenix and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload packages efficiently using hand trucks and dollies.
- Ensure all deliveries are made within the scheduled timeframe and to the correct address.
- Collect payments and obtain signatures as required for COD deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or delivery discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and change accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access to a reliable smartphone for navigation and communication.
