Responsibilities
- Operate commercial delivery vehicles safely and efficiently to designated drop-off locations.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and lifting equipment.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain customer signatures upon completion of routes.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of deliveries, mileage, and incidents.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Previous logistics or delivery experience is a plus but not required.
