Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (CDL Class A/B) to deliver time-sensitive shipments
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Navigate Tucson's night routes efficiently using GPS and real-time traffic data
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Communicate delivery status and resolve route discrepancies with dispatch
- Maintain clean driving record and complete all required training modules
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during loading/unloading
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of Tucson metropolitan area geography
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
