Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to designated locations within Dallas metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and real-time GPS tracking updates
- Inspect vehicles daily for safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during nighttime delivery interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch team for optimal route planning and time management
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and local traffic ordinances
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Dallas street navigation systems
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, weekends and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
