Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial addresses across El Paso
- Utilize GPS navigation systems to optimize routes and ensure on-time delivery windows
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures for proof of service
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Represent SwiftRoute with professionalism through courteous customer interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols during delivery operations
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions or delays
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to operate company vehicles
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of El Paso streets and neighborhoods
- Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday shifts)
- Excellent time management and route planning skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
