- Inspect vehicles daily and report maintenance needs

- Adapt routes dynamically for weather/traffic conditions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time coordination
- Ensure all packages are handled with security and care
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Reliable personal vehicle or willingness to use company vehicle
- Strong familiarity with Raleigh area geography
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery experience preferred
