Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and food orders across DC metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and real-time tracking via mobile app
- Verify recipient identity and handle cashless payment transactions
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Optimize routes to meet delivery time windows during high-traffic night hours
- Provide exceptional customer service during residential and commercial deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid DC driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts, including weekends
- Basic knowledge of DC geography and traffic patterns
- Pass background check and drug screening (required)
