Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and vans on designated routes in and around Tucson.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently and securely, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies during night operations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
- Clean driving record with no DUIs or serious violations in the past 3-5 years.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or similar).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and handle long hours on the road.
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate commercial vehicles.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
