Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) safely and efficiently during night shifts.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Load and unload cargo in a timely manner, ensuring safety and security.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery documentation.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, company policies, and traffic laws.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with required endorsements.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current DOT Medical Card and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work flexible night schedules.
- Basic computer literacy for logging and reporting.
