Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for overnight deliveries across Louisiana and Gulf Coast regions
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT-compliant logs
- Load/unload freight with precision and secure cargo according to safety standards
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize routes and meet delivery deadlines
- Adhere to all federal/state regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain clean driving record and report maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
