Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Transport goods across Los Angeles County and surrounding regions
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatchers for efficient route planning and delivery timelines
- Handle loading/unloading with proper equipment and safety measures
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with LA metro routes and traffic patterns
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
