Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A or Class B trucks safely and efficiently during the night shift.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and mileage reports in compliance with FMCSA guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or Class B with a clean driving record.
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Physical) valid for at least 6 months.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be willing to work night shifts and weekends as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
