Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailers safely during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM) across Ohio region
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance reports
- Adhere to HOS regulations and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Handle secure cargo with meticulous attention to safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Maintain clean, professional appearance at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years tractor-trailer experience
- Strong knowledge of Ohio roadways and regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Pass DOT physical and background screening
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work independently in overnight environment
- Basic proficiency with electronic logging devices
