Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (trucks/vans) to transport goods within Miami-Dade County and surrounding areas
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment and securement techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate manual transmission
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
- Knowledge of Miami traffic patterns and local geography
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with occasional weekday support
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- DOT medical certification required
