Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery van to transport packages to residential and commercial customers on time.
- Load and unload parcels efficiently, ensuring proper handling and organization of inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service by following delivery protocols and communicating professionally.
- Utilize handheld devices to scan packages, ensuring accuracy and tracking delivery status.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company operational guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and returns processing as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Basic English proficiency for reading maps and interacting with customers.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and maintain a safe driving record.
