Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and commercial vehicles on job sites and public roads
- Load/unload construction materials (gravel, asphalt, dirt) using proper equipment
- Pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance reporting
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with foremen and dispatch teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor issues
