Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely to transport construction materials, soil, and debris
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload materials at job sites using proper techniques
- Plan efficient routes while navigating Arlington metro area
- Maintain clean driving record and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with site managers and dispatch teams
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B driver’s license (or willing to obtain)
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Willingness to complete paid training program (4 weeks)
- Basic math skills for load calculations and paperwork
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
- Texas residency (required for licensing)
