Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional freight delivery
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Load/unload freight using proper equipment and techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Optimize routes for on-time delivery and fuel efficiency
- Build strong relationships with clients and dispatch teams
- Comply with DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL license (training provided for new drivers)
- Clean MVR with no major violations in 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic mechanical aptitude and vehicle maintenance knowledge
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Must have reliable smartphone for communication
