Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on overnight routes (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Execute efficient loading/unloading procedures at distribution centers
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and DOT compliance documentation
- Maintain precise delivery schedules using GPS tracking systems
- Adapt to dynamic routing for time-sensitive freight in Phoenix metro area
- Uphold strict safety protocols for cargo and personal protection
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 1 year verifiable experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb trailer ladders
- Flexible schedule availability for overnight shifts
- Knowledge of Arizona highways and Phoenix metro routes
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
