Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods within Omaha metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using fleet management software
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency while adhering to traffic laws
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
- Safely handle fragile, temperature-sensitive, and oversized shipments
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and operate manual transmission
- Experience with route navigation apps and delivery management systems
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, including weekends and holidays
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency in mobile device usage and digital documentation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
