Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in Jacksonville metro area during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Load/unload packages with precision and maintain delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and address client concerns
- Adhere to traffic laws and maintain clean driving record
- Use GPS technology for efficient route planning and real-time updates
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication apps
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Jacksonville neighborhoods preferred
