Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food deliveries during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Navigate NYC efficiently using GPS and traffic apps to meet strict deadlines
- Maintain clean vehicles and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and pickups
- Document delivery status and resolve delivery discrepancies
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
