Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages to residential and commercial locations
- Adhere to strict delivery time windows and optimize routes using GPS technology
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status
- Ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive deliveries when applicable
- Assist with warehouse operations during pre-shift preparation
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
