Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport time-sensitive packages across Greater Boston
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Verify recipient signatures and handle special delivery instructions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and recipients regarding delivery status
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Support warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Boston area roadways
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
